The Covid-19 pandemic of 2020-21 sent many of us into our kitchens, often to try something new, like sourdough bread. At Back Lane Studios, we decided to revisit the past by asking people of a certain age about their favourite childhood dishes.
Most of the stories and recipes were collected in writing, but we turned a few into short videos, thanks to the work of Jeana McCabe.
